Selection: Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. OZZ STUDIOS may accept, decline or postpone any proposal.
Creative Direction: The final concept, composition, size and placement must be approved by the artist. Reference images will not be copied directly.
Cost: The approved portfolio tattoo will be performed without a tattoo service charge. Clearly identify any item that is not included before the appointment is confirmed.
Commitment: Selected applicants must arrive on time, communicate scheduling changes and attend every required session.
Documentation: The applicant understands that the project is intended for the OZZ STUDIOS portfolio. Professional photographs and video may be taken before, during and after the tattoo process.
Image Release: Permission to publish identifiable photographs or video must be presented separately and finalized in writing at the studio.
Health and Safety: Final eligibility depends on an in-person health review, valid identification and the studio’s informed-consent process. The artist may postpone or refuse the procedure when it would be unsafe.
Final Consent: These preliminary terms are not the final tattoo consent form. All required consent, health, aftercare and release documents will be reviewed and signed in person before tattooing begins.
Changes or Cancellation: OZZ STUDIOS may modify, postpone or cancel a portfolio project if the design, schedule, safety requirements or applicant commitment no longer fit the project.
No Guaranteed Outcome: Tattoo appearance and healing vary by skin, placement, aftercare and individual response. No exact healed result can be guaranteed.
